5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

While we work with trusted shipping partners, PureCollagen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
